1. Service Scope / 服务内容
Huajuan AI provides an assistant experience built around a 3D character, voice interaction, memory, mobile tools, and generative AI features. Different capabilities may rely on different model providers, proxy services, or device permissions.
花卷提供基于 3D 角色、语音交互、长期记忆、移动端工具和生成式 AI 的助手服务。不同能力可能对应不同的模型提供商、代理服务或设备权限。
2. Acceptable Use / 使用要求
- Use Huajuan AI only for lawful and non-abusive purposes.
- Do not use the service for harassment, fraud, mass abuse, unauthorized access, or quota circumvention.
- You remain responsible for the content you submit and the actions you trigger through the app.
- 请仅在合法、合规且不侵犯他人权益的场景下使用花卷。
- 你不得利用本服务进行骚扰、欺诈、批量滥用、越权访问或绕过额度限制。
- 你应对自己输入的内容、创建的自动化流程以及触发的工具操作负责。
3. AI Output Limits / AI 输出边界
- AI output may contain mistakes, omissions, hallucinations, or stale information.
- Huajuan AI does not provide medical, legal, investment, tax, or other licensed professional advice.
- You should independently verify high-risk decisions involving payments, contracts, health, or travel safety.
- 花卷中的 AI 输出可能出现错误、遗漏、幻觉或过时信息。
- 花卷不提供医疗、法律、证券、税务或其他专业执业意见。
- 对于支付、签约、健康、行程安全等高风险决策，你应自行复核或咨询专业人士。
4. Free Access and Future Billing / 免费额度与后续收费
Some proxy-backed features may provide free access or free quota. Quotas, rate limits, and feature availability may change over time. If subscriptions or credits are introduced later, pricing, billing cycle, and benefits will be shown clearly inside the app.
某些代理能力可能提供免费额度。免费额度、速率限制和开放范围可以随版本和运营策略调整。若未来引入订阅或点数模式，会在 App 内明确展示价格、周期与权益。
