如果你在花卷中遇到闪退、联网失败、权限异常、额度问题或功能建议,可以通过以下方式联系我们。
1. Please include / 建议附带
- Your device model and iOS version.
- Your app version and whether it is a TestFlight or App Store build.
- The time of the issue, reproduction steps, and screenshots.
- If the issue is model- or quota-related, include the provider and the exact error message.
- 设备型号与 iOS 版本。
- App 版本号,以及是否来自 TestFlight / 商店构建。
- 问题发生时间、复现步骤和截图。
- 如果是模型或额度问题,附上 Provider 与错误提示。
2. Common categories / 常见问题方向
- Permissions: location, microphone, speech recognition, photos, notifications, calendar, or reminders.
- Networking: upstream unavailable, slow response, or free quota exhausted.
- Features: widgets, Live Activities, geofence reminders, speech playback, or tool execution failures.
- 权限问题:定位、麦克风、语音识别、照片、通知、日历或提醒事项未授予。
- 联网问题:接口不可达、响应慢或免费额度耗尽。
- 功能问题:小组件、实时活动、地理围栏、语音播报或工具执行异常。
